Hello Drivers wont show on my device manager

Hello i have an HP zbook g5 360 work station Windows 11 serial number (USH84L0DS) cant get the finger print to work, I have installed the version for my book on the HP support site but the biometric sensor wont show up, i have watch alot of youtupe videos and done all they say but no change i need help please if i can make only the fingerprint work because i dont know if with face recognition its compactable but i need with the finger print sensor
