So my problem is, My uncle died Jan 2019, and his son, my cousin has a gaming laptop that his father bought for him years ago and was working fine. I upgraded it for him from windows 8 which I have the password for to windows 10. Just for reference, I am a former IT Pro and still build and upgrade computers in my spare time.

Unlike my laptop and 2 pc's that I migrated from Windows 7 Pro to windows 10, my computers upgraded to 10 Pro. This laptop however upgraded to windows 10 home. The problem that I have with this is that, when I upgraded the laptop to 10 now it wants you to sign in with a Microsoft account either via email or text.

Unfortunately since he died and my cousin doesn't know any of his email account passwords, and his father had about 5 accounts. 1 hotmail and 4 live/MSN email accounts. This is also the first computer that I've worked on that is not giving me the option to get into the bios when I boot it up to change the boot device so I can do a fresh install which is my last resort because I really don't want to lose any of his programs or files.

Is there anyone that can help me at least with a phone number so I can contact Microsoft directly because right now the laptop is just a Core i7, 32GB, Nvidia GEforce GTX 780m, expensive paper weight.
