Heinous lag when trying to merely select large amount of files in Explorer

Hi everyone,I've been trying to troubleshoot this for two weeks with previous questions and responses to this issue found on this forum and elsewhere to no avail.Part of my job requires me to capture a few thousand screenshots every day and simply move them to another folder, which is where this problem really hurts me.It doesn't matter what the file size is, the problem persists with 5kb files up to 500kb. All I am doing is selecting them all at once (one of the most natural things any of us can do in Windows) and explorer just pauses trying to work on it for about 20-30 seconds. Something
