headset microphone

So whenever I connect my headset to my pc everything works fine for 30-40 minutes but then randomly my mic turns off ( there's no sound or anything) the sound output still works fine its just the microphone. I know it has nothing to do with the headset itself because i also tried with a different one from a different brand and had the same issue. I already tried the standard troubleshooter but there was nothing wrong
