Headset Microphone not detected

Hi, my Microphone of my headset normally is really good and works everttime but now after i connected my speakers to it and disconnected it, i put in my headset again and now it does not work anymore, it only detected thé speakers now. I saw in thé Windows control panel and device manager that it does not detect thé Mic anymore
