Headset microphone not being recognized W11

I have a HyperX Cloud Stinger Core, plug P3, that works perfectly fine on my Xbox Series controller (so the problem is not on the headset), but when I try to use it on my Acer Aspire 5 (A515-45) the mic is not recognized. I've tried to update and use others drivers, it didn't work. Please, any solution? (also, don't bother to tell me "have you checked it is correctly plugged?" or stuff that simple)It seems to me that is like Windows is forcing to use "Group of Microphones" anyway, when it should separate what is internal mic of the laptop and what is microphone of headset.
