Headset detected but no sounds

Im using MSI Laptop Vector GP76 12UE, as the question you seen, my headset is plugged in but there is no sound, my laptop speaker has no problem. My headset has no problem after tested by using other PC. I met this problem before but it fixed itself but I dont know how and whyI've run the audio troubleshooter but it doesnt help anything
