1. The headphones connect to the laptop (Windows 11) via Bluetooth with ease;2. The headphones show up on playback devices, but ONLY when they are disconnected:3. Settings>System>Sound>Output only shows the speaker option. The "pair new output device" option I've tried, it connects the headphones but they don't appear on the list. (Same with "All sound devices" if you scroll down);3. I've tried restarting my laptop, redoing the connect process.
