Headphone Microphone issue

[Windows 11]

I have a splitter (pink and green thing where 1 is for mic and the other for headphones) but I'm using a laptop where I can only plug in 1. so If I have my mic on I cant hear and if I have my headphones on the audio doesn't come from my mic but from my laptop directly. if I don't put any of them in and just directly put the 3.5 jack (I think that's what its called) I can hear but same issue where the mic doesn't come from me but directly from my laptop. Im using Beexecllent Headophones and my driver is realtek. I've tried all the options ( mic in, headset, speaker out, headphones. all of them
