Headphone jack and speakers aren't working

My earbuds plugged into my headphone jack along with my speakers for my laptop aren't making any sound. I've tried troubleshooting the audio, but it said it ran into an error and couldn't troubleshoot (error code 0x8000FFFF). I've followed guides online like updating/restarting the audio driver and restarting my computer multiple times, to no avail. I last used them the other day and there was no problem with it. I've attached my system information along with the error message
