I tried troubleshooting, and nothing worked, including most of the tutorials I followed. All that had taken me hours, including contacting support. The instructions below took me under 3 mins. Thank You God for wisdom, because I thought to:Open Device ManagerSelect Sound, video and game controllersRight-click on Realtek(R) Audio > Disable Device > Yes [Check the Volume Icon, it should turn off automatically. When you hover your mouse it states: No device is installed) (it may require a Restart, click Yes]Right-click on Realtek(R) Audio > Enable Device (Volume Icon turns back on)Connec
