Headphone amp not working since latest Windows update.

it was working last night but after the update my PC will not recognise the amp, i get the message "insufficient system resources exist to complete the api"I have tried the basic troubleshooting but nothing is working, I even uninstalled the latest update and it still isnt working. anyone else having this issue?
