Hdmi to scart adapter causes computer to blue screen

I recently bought a hdmi to scart adapter to play games on an old crt. But every time a plug my windows 11 laptop into it, it bluescreens. At first i thougth it might be a problem with the adapter but it worked fine with my xbox, my chromebook and my friends laptop witch also runs windows 11.I tried with a diffent cable and i reboot my pc but nothing worked.When i turned my computer on agian after the blue screen, my wallpaiper was black and all wifi settings had been removed. To get wifi back, i had to go into network settings and make a network reset. Minidump: Google Drive: Sign-in
