hdmi no signal on newly monitor (G24F 2 Gaming Monitor)

hello.i have been receiving this error pop up msg since i have updated my motherboard bios and monitor bios..everything is seated properly..even tried seating a new gpu..doesnt seems to be problem with gpu..nor any hardware issue.seems like it has something to do within settings configurations..how should i fix this..please. help me sort this mess out...it seems more like an refresh rate issue...to be dealt with..commonly..
