HDD always stops at 0kbytes/s copy speed and hangs up the whole PC

Hello!This problem has been around for a while now.On my PC I have a system drive, being an 250GB SSD, and a larger drive being a 500GB HDD.The SSD is performing well, but the HDD just can't handle any file transfer operations.Every time I start for example copying files to this drive it goes for like 1-5% and then hangs there at 0 kbytes/s. Often, this also causes the PC to explode. The HDD also somehow managed to somehow corrupt files. I had my Factorio game on that, and it had managed to corrupt the world to become unreadable.The hard drive cannot be sfc checked, dism fixed nor can it pass
