Having trouble installing windows on partitioned drives.

I have recently been unable to boot up my computer with the stopcode "INACCESIBLE BOOT DEVICE" and the error "0xc0000001" and after multiple solutions have decided to reinstall windows. I've ran into an issue with the way that my drives are set up. The drive my OS is on is partitioned into multiple drives which is very confusing and I haven't been able to find any solutions online. Additionally, I cannot install windows on any of the partitions because of the "MBR partition table". Reformatting did not solve this issue, I tried it on all three partitions and nothing happened.
