Having Problems with Updating my Windows Computer

[Windows 11]

So I have been trying to update my computer (Dell Inspiron 15) (it's used but in good condition for the most part). When I try to update the system, it says that my windows is up to date, but in the subtext it says I still need important security updates. I honestly don't know what to do after this.
