Hi, my pc was unresponsive and I restarted it. It is now showing a blue screen, when I click on the continue option it returns to the blue screen, I even tried choosing the troubleshooting option to reset the pc but it says "there was a problem resetting your pc". I also tried the startup repair under advanced options and it says "startup repair couldn't repair your pc". Please help
