Having problem in my audio. When i am playing a video in chrome it doesn't play. basically no sound is being output

when l turned on my laptop and went on youtube there was no sound but my volume was high and the video wasn't muted. l tried other sites and got the same result, no sound l even then tried to test out on incog but still no sound and it is only happening in chrome
