Having ongoing issues with audio..

I produce music with ableton. I have an old laptop, but the RAM was upgraded to 16G and hard drive is SSD now. I've run through all of the troubleshooting guides in Ableton, and I'm also in contact with customer support. Now I'm having issues even when I'm not running ableton. I'm running sound through a Focusrite Audio Interface, and per their website, I've downloaded a latency monitoring program. This is the message I got when I ran it.
