Having multiple crashes per day. Picked up on using DISM, but getting "Error: 4448" even when using /Source

I have been having multiple crashes per day, mostly just using Google Chrome browser. Picked up on using DISM, but getting "Error: 4448" even when using /Source of a mounted ISO of Windows 10 install disk.I run sfc /scannow and DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth before the DISM /Restorehealth, but using WU or the mounted Windows install ISO, still get "Error: 4448" on the /Restorehealth, at 11.8% done. "The WOF driver encountered a corruption in the compressed file's Resource Table."Please help. Thanks.
