Having Issues with latest Windows 11 updates - freezing entire Windows program, or just "some" features.

I have currently had issues with Windows 11 latest update causing freezing issues with my PC. I am running an ASUS ROG Strix X570-e, EVGA 3080 Hybrid, 32 GB GSkill RAM - board recommended, and a 5900x Ryzen 9 processor. I installed the update and almost instantly Windows itself would freeze not allowing me to open any program; however, it wasn't constant and there were times I could use my PC, but overall not really. Those times that I was able to use my PC I ran hardware checks on everything - everything passed. Checked all the drivers - all drivers were up to date. Checked program updat
