When running certain apps that use .NET framework, I get application errors. For example, when running 'Battlestate Games Launcher', I get Application Error: '0xc0000135' which indicates an issues with .NET framework. I have tried performing a clean install of Windows (trying to retain my personal files), however that did not fix this issue. After a clean install, when trying other solutions, I tried to access Windows Powershell for more information, but I receive the System Error: 'The code execution cannot proceed because mscoree.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem.'. This error again indicates that there is a .NET framework issue.

When navigating through Registry Editor to see which version of .NET framework is installed: Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\ ---Only have NET Framework Setup --> OS Integration with only 'v4' REG_DWORD found inside. There are no other .NET frameworks present in the file navigation.

When attempting to install other .NET frameworks from the Microsoft website, I receive the following error: '.NET Framework 4.8 or a later update is already installed on this computer.' .

I am unable to see where any NET Framework is installed as any applications that require it cannot find it. Please advise thank you
