Having a hard time activating Windows 11 Pro

I am having a hard time activating the Windows 11 Pro that I purchased via Microsoft Store. I expected a digital license linked to my Microsoft account for activation but it's showing me that i don't have it. I then tried troubleshooting, yet nothing happened. I even tried contacting Microsoft Support for several times and received nothing in return. How can I fix this?
