Haven’t Received Windows 24H2 Update Yet

Haven’t Received Windows 24H2 Update Yet. My surface laptop has only just today but my older PC has not yet. I am in the UK. Would it hurt to download an ISO? My PC is 11 years old at least. Will this come or can I do it manually? Thanks
