Have a Toshiba laptop Window 8.1. Can not get in because wants to text my home phone with a code. I am trying to give Android phone number but won't let me change it. What can I do? I have not used this laptop in a long time. I am unable to update it to windows 10 until I get in to do so. How can I change my password.
