Have a Surface Pro running Win Pro 8.1. Downloaded and tried to install Win 10 Home. Install fail.

Tried to upgrade my wife's Surface Pro running Win 8.1 Pro to Win 10 Home Edition.Purchased the operating system online and installed on her Surface Pro.The installation failed after going through the install procedure.
