Has Windows 11 and Windows 10 recently incorporated the Always on Top feature (from Microsoft PowerToys) via the Windows logo key + Ctrl + T into the OS? And if so, is there a way to disable this option?I have a software application that utilizes this key sequence and unfortunately the OS intercepts this key sequence and now my application is unable to perform the function due to this Always on Top feature.
