Has this happened to anyone else?

My computer automatically installed Kb5048652 and Kb5048161 yesterday and has been giving me problems since. It crashes with a blue screen and restarts every time I use it for a while, as if it couldn't handle it. I ran the Ram control and it said there were no issues. Can I uninstall them? Would it fix it?
