Has my computer been hacked?

My computer:Win 11 Pro for WorkstationsI have an ASUS TUF GAMING X670E-PLUS WIFI motherboard, Ryzen 9 7950x3D CPU, and AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT GPU.In Security at a glance, there is no green check on Device performance & Health. Clicking that to go inside, these three things have a green check: Storage capacity, Apps and software, and Windows Time service.Am I OK?Thanks.
