So frustrating that you can't speak with anyone, you have to come on here to vent. No complaints department, no one to help it is a total disgrace. I am seriously annoyed. My mother has received a supposed warning on her computer. It looks like it has come from a bogus scam and I'm trying to resolve the issue.
