Hardware reserved memory

Hi - my 8GB of ram has been reduced down to 6GB because 2GB of it is hardware reserved. I've tried swapping the sticks around (2 sticks of 4GB DDR4-2666), I've tried Windows Memory Diagnostics, and even looked at the maximum memory option in msconfig. Both sticks of memory are functional and in the past this has not been a problem; only within the past few weeks. Is there something obvious I'm not trying? I'm at my wits' end, and I just want to be able to play games without all the memory being swallowed and all my applications closing.I'm on Windows 11 Pro 64-bit, with an AMD Athlon 3000G pr
