Computer: HP Pavilion 20-b313w with 2 users
OS: came with Windows 8 64-bit, upgraded to 8.1 64-bit
IE 11 both desktop and immersive browser used

I think issues began 6/20/15 when I did a bing search and clicked a link from an image. I received a red screen stating that the site I was trying to access was malicious and I should call 1-855-791-2391 and it also locked my immersive browser. I knew it was a scam so I didn't call. Through a search in desktop browser I found, right click iexplore in task manager will unlock the immersive browser, but I couldn't find any info on the cause. Sometime after that I began to notice Internet & System issues, some I know is 100% malware others I'm not sure about but seem odd to me because I've never seen it before.
Internet Issues: More redirecting in immersive browser only but not to other sites it's when back page is used. It will either skip over 1-2 pages back or skip all the way back to the first site I was on, and sometimes I have to double click a tab closed because one click keeps it open to about:blank (and should there always be a tab open in immersive view?). My homepage soundcloud in desktop view suddenly has talking pop-up ads that state "Why Ads click here". These ads pop-up frequently between tracks and sometimes back to back causeing tracks to skip or repeat. Websites are now showing banner ads that are white with vague text. Example: on a mold removal website there were banner ads along the whole page "Mold Removal" with an arrow pointed to the right and two dots below the text. I also get banner ads in flash player especially when viewing video on youtube that continuously pop-up afterI click one away. And if I repeat a video it will suddenly have a loading problem and a banner pops-up below the player stating "loading problem click here to find out why" I didn't. I'm coming across more websites that have a window pop-up while the page is loading for participation in a poll or survey that most be clicked closed to view the website and yesterday I started to get pop-up windows on the page the page that block text and follow page scrolling. The virus has also injected ads into a game app "Magic Puzzles" it's a free app I downloaded from the windows store, this the worse adware I've ever seen. The adware allows some normal or legit ads to display then all of a sudden an ad with vague text like "Anime Unlimited" or "Watch Tons of Free Movies", sometimes there is no text or the ad is oversized for the banner space displaying a large music player control panel. When these ads appear suddenly IE immersive view will pop-up split screen on the right side of the app displaying a website I've never been to before and it's usually a shopping site or a news site. And in the hidden tabs section there is 3 or more tabs opened to the same stuff and in between them the is always a blank tab for feed.click.net and in my frequent websites yourzeigist. Recently add to the banner in the app is Desktop Ad which almost brings the game to a complete stop everytime it loads a ad. My search results in both browsers and my charm search are being redirected to sites I've never seen or used before.
System Issues: This malware or more is causeing my CPU fan to constantly turn on and off and when I open task manager my CPU and Disk is red and in the high 90's sometimes 100% it happens during use of the computer, idle mode, and sleep. But when I open task manager it will suddenly drop down to about 4-10 % resource use after 2 COM Surrogates disappear after a few seconds of task manager being open and sometimes the adobe flashplayer process disappears. Also sometimes there is a Rundll host 32 process with a blank image icon that also pulls crazy resourse use. There is also duplicate and multiple processes running in task manager that look identical: 2 csrss.exe, 2 RAVBg64.exe, 2 iexplore.exe (only 1 window is open and 1 tab in desktop with immersive view closed), 13 svchost.exe all are running. On my taskbar the image for the windows store has disappeared but the box for the icon is still there and when an app is open there is no image for the icon on the taskbar just a highlighted box.
I have downloaded and ran multi scans on my own and with a staff member on malwartips.com. It was some helpful in removing some of the adware and didn't see anymore signs of infection and concluded the remaining issues to be a windows problem. I disagree and need the help and opinion of anyone here that can help me fix these malware issues. I scanned with Windows Defender first but it found nothing so here is a list of scans I used but have removed after use: Eset Poweliks Cleaner, RKill, Rogue Killer, Emsisoft Emergency Kit, Adware Cleaner, tried to download JRT Cleaner but it was blocked along with my first attempt to download and install Fsrt64 at the request of malware tips assistant. These are still on my Pc: Malwarebytes free scan and Exploit ( I thought it was a scan not real time protection but it's disabled, Hitman Pro (didn't activate because it didn't find anything), FRST64, Zoek, and Microsoft Saftey Scan, I know I have to purge these tools from my system first so what is the best way to clean them up. To anyone and everyone who tries to help me with this I thank you for your time and effort.
