Hard of Sight - Grey background for creating emails only

[DPM Backup fails for Server 2016 ReFS filesystems]

Hi all,

We need to set the background to a light grey when creating emails for one user who has poor sight. When the email is actually sent the email background should got out with a white (normal background)

Does anyone have any thoughts ?
