hard drive issue

[Windows 10]

I have a external desktop hard drive that i had been putting MP4s on.But today, it wouldn't let me excess the drive, it keeps saying format.I open disk Manager and there show my drive but it RAW. I have windows 10. How can i recover the RAW drive.
