Hard drive formatted accidentally and now won’t make simple volume

HELP I accidentally formatted my hard drive with windows I recovered the files via disk drill and now it’s not letting me make a simple volume and didn’t show up in file explorer im using windows 11 for disk drill PLEASE HELP
