We were stress testing a workstation for imaging and there was a brief power outage during an external file copy run.This caused the system to fault, loosing connection with the external new 4TB drive (which wasn't on an APC UPS) whilst the network workstation was, yes bad idea, but it happened.The enterprise hard disk wasn't recognised by the system in Disk Management (or any other tool) and had a loud audible repetitive "click" as the head was in an endless loop of activity during an hour on test.
