Halo Infinite Low FPS

Hello all. So to start my specs are:Radeon RX 580 GPUAMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8-core CPU16GB RamAMD Driver up to date I believe my build is good enough to get at the very least 60fps plus but not matter what I do (switching graphic settings from ultra to low, messed with the resolution, borderless windows on and off, min/max fps, game bar is off, game mode tried on and off etc) it is always locked between 21 fps to 46 fps.Is there any sort of fix or something I'm doing wrong?? The new AMD update did absolutely nothing to fix anything.Thanks for taking the time to read
