Hacked on my PC

I got my PC hacked, and in my settings, the main account is a rambler.ru account. Is there any way to remove this account from my PC or is that not possible? For more info, I went Settings >Accounts > Email & Accounts. There, under the "Accounts used by other apps", there are two emails, one from the rambler account, and one from me. I cannot remove the ranbler account, and was wondering if there is any way to remove it.
