Guys after the latest update released my screen started glitching . It was okay for a while but after some time randomly started this what should I do

I tried updating the driver softwares and also. I uninstalled my amd driver and checked also. Still doesn't work. Nvidia driver i updated and restarted still doesn't work. Task manager also suffered the same glitching when I opened it. I don't know what to do. Mostly according to the internet it doesn't have to do with hardware but please tell me a solution .
