Guest account on Windows 11 Pro

I am looking to add a Guest account on Windows 11 Pro. The account is added AND ENABLED and is part of Guests group (and more recently, the Users group). I am just looking to add a guest account that visitors to my home can use, without having access to my data that I have saved on my computer (essentially just an internet browser for them to use). The problem is that, although the Guest account appears to be enabled and part of the Guest and User groups, it does not show as an option to sign in (initial sign in screen when Windows first boots up).
