group taskbar icons vertically

I want taskbar to be1. in center position2. multiple windows of a single app will be grouped verticallyPresently, when open MS Word windows exceed 12 in number, those are shown in vertical tabs (see the pictures attached). When it is 12 or less in number, it is grouped horizontally with a tile view (see the pictures attached). I want it to be always in vertical tab mode.
