Groove won't take product key after rebuild of machine

Hello,

I had to rebuild my machine after it crashed. Went to re-install Groove,

but when I go to enter the product key, I get the message that the key is

invalid. I am using the trial version and then trying to convert. Any idea

on why I am told the product key is invalid?
