Grey turned pink

I have a new to me desktop running on windows 10 that has pink accents on grey or white backgrounds/accents. it is not on my whole screen just some lines. Most notably on the url of websites after the big white name, notification wording not title, side of search and the break line for the show desktop button and parts if the mouse.
