Grey Screen after Logging in

After logging in, I am now presented with a grey screen with my cursor, I am not able to look at the taskbar on the bottom, nor am I able to access the search button.I can only access Task manager via Ctrl + Alt + Del, and can open some apps like my search engine when I open it through File Explorer.I have contacted with Microsoft Support Twice and my issues have not yet been resolved.Another main thing to note is that I think my windows files are corrupted, because I am not even able to access settings.What I have tried:- System restore point (is autodeleted now because they haven't worked)-
