Green check marks still show but one drive is disabled

This is a new problem for me, just recently arisen under Windows 11.I went to the existing/closed question on this same problem at Redirecting ,but it does not work for me. Specifically, it says "Go into C:\Users\Your user name. Is OneDrive folder still there? If so open it and look for Desktop folder inside, right click to Open Properties, on Location tab what is it's present location? Choose Reset to Default, Apply."
