Graphics Issue

Hi,I've been running into some problems when trying to play games on my ASUS Laptop. I have an ASUS ROG Zephyrus M16 GU604VI with a 13th Gen Intel i9 13900H, 2600Mhz, 14 Core. Sometimes I'll get a blue screen saying "VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE What Failled: nvlddmkm.sys" I've noticed that it runs fine when I'm not playing any games; however, when I play a game, it runs with an FPS Lag Stutter; it looks as if it'll run fine but will suddenly drop to 20 fps every 3 seconds.
