Graphics Driver not recognized in Device Manager yet shows it is installed.

The Graphics Driver shows installed in Add/Remove Programs. Plug + Play = Started & AutomaticOne major issue: shows a 1,000 Hz Refresh Rate in Graphics Settings. Where did this 1,000 Hz come from? I have not changed any Graphics Settings.Is the 1,000 Hz affecting the respective Driver to not appear in Device Manager? Is there a fix?Monitor shows 64 Hz Refresh Rate + 32 Bit Color Depth. There are no other Modes available.I don't know when this started. Yet, I have not seen a difference in Graphics Quality with the standard VGA Graphics.
