Graphical Issues since December Update

Hi there, I have been having graphical issues across Windows 11 since approximately December, 2024. I am using a Surface Laptop Studio (Gen 1 | 11th Gen Intel i7-11370H | TB SSD | 36 GB Ram | Nvida RTX 3050). Ever since updating in December, I have been sporadically experiencing the graphic/display issue shown in the following screenshot: The icons and other parts of the UI have this pixelation. This is not limited to Outlook, it also happens in Edge, Cubase 14, and others, but it happens most frequently with Outlook.
