GPU or PSU problem?

so before you read this just be aware, i don’t know the most about computers. i’ve recently been trying to learn through troubleshooting this issue. i bought a prebuilt which i know is looked down upon, but in the 3 years of owning it i haven’t had issues with it. i did replace the motherboard, doubled the ram, and added 2 fans. the issue ive been having is i’ll be playing a game or even browsing the internet sometimes, and both my monitors will lose connection to the pc. i’ll still usually be able to hear the game or video audio. the only real way to get it working again is to shut off the pc
